Current State Analysis – HRS professionals will conduct a thorough review of your practice’s current Electronic Health Records processes and workflows to accurately evaluate your current status.

 

Gap Analysis – Following the Current State Analysis, HRS will identify gaps that can impede successful attainment of Macra Stages.

 

Action Plan – After identifying gaps, HRS professionals will work with your staff to develop an action plan to address gaps. Each action plan will include a clear deliverable, be assigned to a responsible person, and assigned a deadline.
